Return Policy Overview
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Original receipt or order confirmation required
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support at customersupport@wernerforster.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 1-2 business days.
- Package the items securely in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Include the RAN clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest delivery of your new item while we process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customersupport@wernerforster.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over €75.
